# CompliSey Terms & Conditions
**Version:** 2026-04-01
These Terms govern access to CompliSey evaluation and licensed software provided by Complisanc Consulting Services (SEY) / CompliSey.
1. **Trial.** A trial licence is time-limited (default 7 days), for evaluation only, and may be limited to one install seat unless otherwise agreed.
2. **Licence.** Paid use requires a valid signed activation key issued after registration and payment. Seat counts are as stated in your commercial agreement / issued key.
3. **Acceptable use.** You must use CompliSey only for lawful AML/CFT and KYC compliance purposes and must not reverse engineer, redistribute, or share activation keys.
4. **Data.** You are responsible for data you enter into your on-premises installation. CompliSey processes registration contact data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. **No warranty for trial.** Trial software is provided “as is” without warranty. Production support terms apply under a paid agreement.
6. **Governing law.** Seychelles law, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
